I absolutely love StartPage. Always have ever since Ive heard of it a few years ago. Strong encryption to safeguard your searches, no logging or spying from the prying eyes of big-name search engines, your ISP, or anyone else for that matter! Whats not to love here? It even comes with a proxy to continue ensuring your security and privacy when browsing through sites you find through search results! Thank you StartPage, I wouldnt feel safe searching without you.

Some bad moments

My experience with the latest iOS mobile update is that the settings dont save. Once you leave the "settings" it reverts back to default--each time

SP needs to popularize its service in order to keep protecting its values. Much like "tor" does!

For the person that did not know how to contact start page, there is a a send feedback button. The email is on that link. This app does what it says it does. What else can you ask for. Areas that may use some improvement are the proxy implementation. Its not unusual to not be able to access a page if you use the proxy, but that may be the nature of the beast. Also, it does seem to return less choices than other search products, at least some of the time. Still quite good and glad to have it.

Privacy is important. Thank you for helping us consumers protect our rights.

Ive had this app on my phone for awhile, but closes out since every time I go to use it since the last update. Please fix it, otherwise its a good app!!

Not only private and secure but their crew/team take immediate action to remedy problems. I will be letting my circle of friend know about StartPage.
