I absolutely love StartPage. Always have ever since Ive heard of it a few years ago. Strong encryption to safeguard your searches, no logging or spying from the prying eyes of big-name search engines, your ISP, or anyone else for that matter! Whats not to love here? It even comes with a proxy to continue ensuring your security and privacy when browsing through sites you find through search results! Thank you StartPage, I wouldnt feel safe searching without you.

Ive used StartPage and its predecessor IxQuick for years on my laptop, and Im delighted to find its also available packaged with its own browser for iOS. In this age of rampant governmental and corporate surveillance, its great to have a little breathing room to be yourself without every computerized spook between you and your web server breathing down your neck and logging your every search. Going out of the country on vacation and all our business will be private and then deleted and Apple wont constantly be sending us info we dont want and dont need thus making MY my phone strictly MY phone.

Simply the best on a scale of 1 to 10 its a 19 and the only reason I cant give it a 20s I dont know if the NSA is figured a way to hack into are you and I have the other -1/2 point is the time limit and how they could get that maybe you could spend it and I dont know that much about Tracking I know CVL

I have updated iPhone to ios 10, and the settings of StartPage mobile does not save, and theres no "theme" option as you would the desktop version. If an individual wanted to search the definition of a word, you have to click the link to view it unlike Google. StartPage has Google enhancements, so this should be an option when searching a word query.
